Refund Policy

All custom website development, mobile application builds, Shopify stores, and AI agent implementations follow an agile, milestone-based structure. Payments are tied directly to agreed deliverables outlined in your Scope of Work (SOW).

• Pre-Kickoff Cancellation: If a project is cancelled prior to sprint initialization or asset delivery, a 100% full refund of the deposit is provided.
• In-Progress Milestones: Once a milestone is commenced (e.g. Figma UI/UX prototyping or backend architecture), refunds for that active milestone are prorated based on verifiable engineering hours completed.
• Approved Milestones: Once a deliverable milestone is reviewed, approved, and signed off by the client, funds allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.

For Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and dedicated developer contracts, billing occurs on a monthly or bi-weekly retainer basis with zero long-term lock-in.

• Trial Evaluation Period: If a dedicated engineer does not meet technical performance benchmarks within the first 7 days, we will replace the developer immediately or issue a 100% refund for that trial period.
• Retainer Cancellations: Monthly contracts may be cancelled at any time with a 14-day written notice, with no cancellation penalties or hidden severance fees.

Digital marketing retainers (Google Ads, Meta Advertising, SEO optimization) involve ongoing management fees and third-party media spend.

• Agency Management Fees: If services are terminated within the first 14 calendar days of a campaign cycle prior to major deliverable publication, unutilized management fees will be refunded pro-rata.
• Direct Ad Spend: Ad spend paid directly to ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) is consumed by the third-party platforms and cannot be refunded by AutoSols.

Direct pass-through expenses incurred on behalf of the client—such as domain registrations, premium font licenses, specialized third-party API tokens, or Shopify theme licenses—are non-refundable once purchased.
